As a result, we are dedicated to finding you a qualified tenant as soon as possible. Our criteria for tenant selection are stringent and encompass a good credit score (680+), sufficient income (at least 3 times the rent), and positive rental history.


In Florida, there is a labyrinth of tenant/landlord regulations. Rest assured, our leases are not only in full compliance but have also been battle-tested in court.
